Dermal filler can be used to add structure to the side profile, usually involving a combination of cheek, lip, nose and chin/jawline techniques (although not everyone needs all this to achieve a more balanced profile). This treatment is unique to each patient and something we can discuss in detail if you are interested in achieving this.
As we become older, we lose the volume in the cheekbones which can cause the face to lose its definition and profile. We can also lose jawline definition, and the projection of the chin can change. Even the lip profile can alter, as well as the tip of the nose. I have a bespoke profile balancing package, which, following our consultation, I can tailor to your needs and desires, to give you the profile you would love to have.
Dermal filler is placed into the desired facial regions, followed by a gentle massage of the product to ensure the optimal result. A denser filler is often used to give the structure required and results can, therefore, last longer than some of the other areas treated (up to 18 months or more).
